We have a self-contained flat available for a student in Riccarton, Christchurch—a perfect setup for someone looking for privacy while studying. The space includes a kitchen, living area, bathroom, and a bedroom with a double bed, giving you plenty of room to feel at home.

The weekly rent is $400, covering everything you need. You’re welcome to keep things as private as you like, or if you prefer, you can join us upstairs in the main house. If you’d like to share meals with us, we can arrange that for an extra cost.
